Banks Spiller Landscape and Bobcat

Banks Spiller was hired after I had met with and hired two other Concrete contractors to do the work and they never showed up. Not only did he show up and start when he said he would, he did a fantastic job and had to work through some extremely wet weeks of work to complete the project. He originally said the entire project should take 3 full days if the rain would hold off. It ended up taking almost 3 weeks to complete due to it raining almost every day for 3 solid weeks. He showed up almost every day, even on weekends to try and get done whatever he possibly could in spite of the bad weather and never once complained. He called to touch base with me on a daily basis to let me know what had been done and where things stood. He catered to every request I had and made a few project changes and never changed his original price he quoted me. For example, he wasn't satisfied with the quality of soil in my front yard and was afraid the sod/bushes might not grow well in it so he brought in several loads of topsoil to ensure the grass and bushes would grow well. He even reset my mailbox for me as a favor at the end of the project even though that was not part of the bid. He was a pleasure to work with and took tremendous pride in doing an excellent job. The end result was stunning and you could tell his years of experience really paid off in the finished work! We've had a couple of hard rains and there's been no more water in the basement. The french drain and excavation work he did worked perfectly. The newly soded yard and circular driveway looks terrific and I've had several neighbors already compliment me on how great the driveway and yard look. I would highly reccomend Banks to anyone needing excavaiton, concrete driveway/walkway or sod work!
