Don told me what I needed to know up front. In the end, the cost was what I expected it to be and the quality was what I expected it to be. Overall, if you choose Don Thomas to do your addition, you will be very pleased.

We had an elevator shaft, Christmas tree room, added on the first floor and an addition to our bedroom, closet and elevator shaft added to the second floor. We continued living in our home during the remodel. Kept the work area clean most of the time. Sheetrock dust just happens. Landscaped the yard when completed. Finished on time. Results are absolutely beautiful. The only additional charges came from me wanting additional things done that were not in the contract.

This contractor is wonderful to work with. Everything was done to the highest satisfaction and on time.

The experience with Mr. Thomas was great!. His dedication, expertise and trustworthy manner put him above other contractors that I have dealt with . I am a single woman with no relatives local to my city and Don made my master bedroom, bath and walkin closeet addition a pleasnt experience. His crew memners were very knowledgeable and friendly. Their craftmanship is A+. I would recommend them on any other projects that I might do.

Very professional, Very detailed, cares about the me the customer and what I wanted, repaired construction clean up immeadiately, supervises sub contractors and employees, demanded it be right down to the smallest details. Don is a pro who knows his business. Excellent job.

I liked working with Don. He takes your job to heart and really wants you to be happy with the final product. If during the construction job you are not happy with something, just tell him. He will work out a solution to make the situation right. He has a lot of experience and will help you make key decisions along the way. He does everything for you. He will take your design and draw it into complete plans for the project. He will point out where you can get the most for your money and also what makes the most sense with your money. Schedule weekly meetings with him to stay on track and to get the final product you want. Recommend!!

Very good. He was punctual and his crew did a good job. They also did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done.

Really nice, professional, conscientious, people to work with. They completed my entire kitchen/dining room (approx. 12' x 30') remodel (completely gutted and rebuilt) in about 10 days and UNDER budget! I believe quality shows in the details and the quality of the workmanship was superb from the cabinets to the tile work. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. To go from my '70's outdated and potentially hazardous kitchen to the modern efficiency and detailed perfection of my NEW kitchen is absolutely a dream come true for me! I highly recommend Don and his team for any project, large or small, that you might be considering!

Our bathroom remodel turned out well, but it took quite a bit longer than we expected. The overall feeling of working with Don & his crew is that there was a lack of focus on our project which resulted in a mediocre quality outcome. Don is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and he may be better suited for the larger jobs.

I must say that this was the smoothest hassle free remodel that we could have had. My wife and I thought it would be difficult with doing an addition and a whole house remodel but the experience with Don was great. All of his workers are very nice, fast, and they do a wonderful job. We couldn�t have picked a better guy for the job. Don, thanks for turning our house into a home. We love it! Great job!
