After waiting several days for an estimate appointment, on appointment day, I reached out to Kane because I had not heard from him and he was nearly one half hour late. When I reached Kane he explained he had a busy morning. Granted, we all have busy schedules so a simple text to alert me he was running late would have sufficed. Because I had to track him down to learn what the new timeframe might be I decided not to use this vendor for my project. The first meeting is equivalent to a job interview. I hope Fences of Georgia reads this piece of advice and do a bit better."
