Cannot recommend Mike enough! He was professional, prompt, punctual, and thorough. Completed a full inspection less than 24 hours from first contact, and we had a full, detailed report the next day. He was polite with my family and I, and perfectly articulated his findings simply when necessary, and in-depth where he could tell that we knew more than the very basics. His discussion prior to leaving the day of inspection was fully reflected in his report, so we feel very prepared to tackle the repairs needed.

Mike Newman was extremely knowledge and left no corner unturned! After he was done he showed us everything that was a cause for concern and told us how it needed to be fixed! My whole family has used him and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection!

Building inspector was hired for a new home build. I was provided a detailed report in PDF format, which addresses all issues with photos included. I was also very impressed by the in-depth detail provided. Additionally, all issues were thoroughly and patiently explained, and technical jargon was simplified. Critical issues that could have been costly in the future were able to be addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.
