I’ve got a Four Seasons sunroom that’s out of warranty, and the original installer of the sunroom has gone out of business. One of the curved panels started leaking water internally, and l managed to procure a replacement window from Four Seasons. The problem was, I had no clue about installing it, and local glass dealers wouldn’t touch it because it was not their product. I was very fortunate that Andy and Jim were able to provide assistance and install the glass. But, in all due respect, I can only give three stars out of five. The cost of four hours labor was $1200. (Two hours installing the glass, plus two hours driving back and forth to Cullman) which I consider a little steep.

The installation of the shower went well. The installers (JP and Nathan) worked effortlessly to get the job completed. I inspected the quality of the install and found it to be done professionally. I cannot use the shower for 12 hours, so the "proof of the pudding", so to speak, will be when I get to use the shower for the first time. My complaints, or dissatisfaction's are not with the work performed, it is primarily with M A Jackson. His main concern is the almighty dollar. When I first contracted with him, or his company, he wanted one-half of the total cost of the project up front, before the material or work has even begun. He informed me it would be 6-8 weeks before the work could be completed. I waited 11 weeks to get the work completed. There was extenuating circumstances that prevailed during that time, but not once did I ever get a phone call or a text message from M A Jackson advising me that there would be an adjustment to the 6-8 week period before the work could be performed. I had to contact him to find out what the status was of the work to be performed. Today the worked was performed and completed, However, M A Jackson showed up at my house and made it clear that I would pay JP the remainder of what was owed when the work was completed. Again, he is worried about the almighty dollar. As much as I would like to say the work went flawlessly and I signed off on the work performed, I was cleaning up the bathroom where the work had been performed and found the following two items. The first is minor (See photo). I found the tops of two silicone tubes that had been overlooked during the workers clean up. The second photo, however, shows a broken /cracked tile located by the toilet. This tile was not cracked when the workers arrived this morning. I do remember hearing a rather loud bang during the process of removing the tub/shower. Not sure how to handle this one.

Andy Jackson, owner of M. A. Jackson, came out to the house with Jim, who did the work on the house. I had contacted over a half dozen companies to try and get the window sills repaired but no one would consider repairing the windows. All of the other companies were just interested in getting us to replace the windows. Jim was able to take the warped sill off and remove any damaged wood. He replaced the damaged wood with composite material that would never rot. He then placed a aluminum sill on top. The aluminum sill matches the window perfectly and the windows are now better that new! Jim is an outstanding craftsman - everything he does is professional and done correctly. Throughout this process I was treated like family. I truly believe they had my best interest at heart. They saved us thousands of dollars and have made a lifetime customer. I will be calling them for any future repairs.

Recently the wind damaged one of the doors and the staff was responsive in repairing the damage. They even repaired gutter damage during their visit.
