Don's salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was one slight glitch, a minor miscommunication, that Don's installers handled gracefully.

It did not go at all. The company completely failed to do as on could expect.

I felt that the estimate was good. I also felt that the service was good. The lady that helped us was very professional and did measurements.

Install was done by one guy---was prompt/professional/ It took 2 days for install, looks nice--- the only thing was we think maybe leveling agent needed to be used, but was done. We should have asked Would use again, we got our money's worth.

They're very professional and we've had no trouble with them. We will definitely continue to use them.

They were prompt, efficient and polite every step of the way.

The sales person who brought samples to our home ALSO measures all her jobs, which anyone who has shopped for carpet knows is atypical. As it turns out, it is very reassuring, does away with confusion, enhances communication. I HIGHLY recommend Davonna at the Greystone Don's Carpet. Also, she helped me decide on the color and grade by coming to the house three times! Installers were EXCELLENT. I challenge anyone to find the seam in the living room. Moved all furniture out of rooms and replaced exactly as we directed them when they were done. (If you want them to vacuum before replacing your furniture specify that in your contract.) Don's has a very helpful web site on which you can not only apply for 12-months-same-as-cash financing, you can also print a $100 coupon! Outstanding experience.

The sample of the carpet was very close to our original carpet, which was pleasing. They did a great job and I am very happy with them. They were on time and they did really wonderful. The installer was also very great. I paid them on my credit card, half at each time. It was all worth it.

I was very pleased with Dons Carpet One. My carpets look great, and the color is exactly what I had picked from the beginning. I am impressed that nothing is flipping up and there are no layers that are pulling up either. I must say, that this company definitely caught my eye after seeing a previous home that they had worked on. I was impressed then, and I am still impressed after I have used them my self.

For almost an entire house of carpet, they got this done in a flash. We knew they were reputable and they really showed us why that was the case. Every room turned out great and we didn t have to have them back out for anything. They took care of our house while they worked and did a great all around job.

When Don's had come out to install the flooring I warned them that they would have to level the floor in a few places and they assured me that they knew what they were doing. You don't notice it immediately but when the floor is not leveled after a couple of months of walking on you can tell the place that was not leveled. I called the company to come fix it and they stated it was not their fault. I threatened to call the BBB and they said they would send me a $500 check to reimburse me the money I had to pay to fix it but I never saw the check.

Dons Carpet One removed our old carpeting and put in new hardwood floor. It turned out great. I mean their work was just perfect. I loved the way the room looked after they had it finished. The work crew was fantastic and did grade A work all the way around.

The first time I used this company was to lay a stone floor in my kitchen, and they did a great job on it, so I called them back to do the oak flooring. The job was done perfectly and without any problems with anything. They cleaned up after themselves and had very good service. They removed all of the carpet before they put the new floor in.

We have a large finished basement, about 800 square feet or more of space. I liked the selection. I did shop around and these guys gave me the price with the padding and the installation. I do not know if the installers were employees or not, but it was done by experienced men, not an amateur looking job. It is nice and even, there are no lines or seams sticking up anywhere, it was cut to precision to fit exactly.

Don's Carpet did a great job with the carpet. It was good high quality carpet. They did really good quality work. They also stood by their work and gave you a good guarantee. They were on the expensive side and because of that I might find someone less expensive.

They were very clean and respectful people. They took their time and pulled up the old dirty carpet and hauled it away. They brought back the wrong color of carpet, which turned out to be my husband's mistake. They went all the way back and exchanged the carpet. They were very good at their job.
