They were punctual and polite. They fixed the drain in no time. $230 for the work they did seemed a little high ($100 credit for $38.99+additional $130) but I am satisfied with the results.

My bathroom sink developed a leak around the p-trap that was caused by corrosion. I went out and purchased a kit from Lowe's but found out that the pipe going from the trap to the standpipe behind the wall was corroded so I also purchased an adapter. Cahaba came by and for the cost of Angie's List deal, they sawed off the old corroded pipe, attached the rubber adapter, checked the seals by running water multiple times and even made some adjustments to my sink and maybe toilet too for no additional charge. They were in and our in under an hour or so, maybe a little more. Both of the techs were great and I would not hesitate to call them back.

Logs could not be repaired. Was told that replacement was in order. Purchased new logs from a local company. Will not need these services in the future.

we bought the toilet tune up deal. had to call twice to get an appt lined up but they took care of business. however, the worker smelled like an ashtray and the wife febreezed the bathroom post work bc it smelled like cigs. i received an email about the purchase from the company but had to call them directly to get the appt lined up as they did not respond to the email request. overall would deal with them again.

Good. The serviceman was knowledgeable with how to take off my old rusted on faucet. The plumbing check was not thorough but he did take the time to answer the questions I asked.

I purchased a plumbing inspection through Angie's List. The guys were super nice on the phone. They came out to so my inspection and started on a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. They fixed this problem and found that excessive pressure caused it. They checked and my pressure regulator was bad. They replaced it later in the day. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Jan was able to get to me next day, I was ecstatic to get the text that he could come today rather than having to wait till Monday. Also he booked my appointment via text which was super convenient. He was personable and professional. Happy Customer here, I will be back!

Ok, I think it took longer than expected, but not the provider's fault

If installing the outside faucet was all that they did - they did a good job. Their plumbing inspection was a pressure test. The pressure test showed that I had over 120 psi rather than the standard maximum of 80 psi. They did not try to adjust the existing pressure regulator, They just informed me that I needed a new regulator. I asked them if they had a regulator on on the truck and they did not. When the appointment was set up I asked if the plumbers would be able to work on gas piping and was informed that these plumbers were certified to do gas piping. I had to loan them a flaring tool to remake the gas connections. They had no brackets with them to secure the copper tubing. They flame tested the fittings after completing the gas line reassembly which is totally against the code. It appears that the only things that they bring to the job is a set of wrenches, some pipe dope and whatever part they happen to bring.

I purchased from Angie's List a $39 Plumbing Service Call with 1 Hour of Labor from Cahaba Plumbing. The gentleman arrived when he said he would and snaked the drain which took 20 to 30 minutes. Then he installed the garbage disposal which took less than 30 minutes. He was at my place working for less than an hour total. Then he called his boss to get the price and even with what I purchased, the cost was $225 (in addition to the $39 I paid Angie's List). He stated that installing a garbage disposal was a flat $200 regardless of the time. Installing a garbage disposal is not a difficult job and no way should it cost $200. Shame on me not to ask the price, but at least now you know what it is. Obviously, I should have gotten all the details up front, but I needed something done quickly. The owner or manager, I'm not sure which, was not happy to hear that I had purchased the $39 deal on Angie's List, however, I think in the end, he got a good fee and I felt like I got ripped off. I can't complain about the work they did, but I didn't like the way I was treated and I think they didn't honor the deal that I purchased. The plumber who did the work was completely professional and efficient, but I rated them "D" on professionalism because of the way they handled the fee.

They came 3 times to the house. I requested they called when on their way. They called once parked in my driveway. I had to leave my work at a moment's notice. The owner contacted me very quickly once I put in the request via Angie's. Contact with owner via text until the work was done to satisfaction. Came 3 times because they had the wrong part the first time. Once the right part was in hand they reinstalled the shower head but the water only got to luke warm. So a second team came on the third day to finally install it the right way and collect the money for the cost of the part.

Problem was they installed very low flow faucet w/o any discussion. They also presented approx $625 before I protested and they reduced it. I am guessing at the date since I don't remember exactly.

The worker's were great. The owner not so much. It just seems like he is out just trying to make another dime. Also, he kept forgetting to put me on the schedule. I had to keep calling and calling.

went very well, they were on time, did their job, got in touch with me immediately to schedule an appt.

The owner came out initially to access the problem and determine what supplies would be needed for repairs. He left and sent another employee back to complete the work. After he left I did have to call them back for a minor adjustment which was completed the same day. The cost was a little high in my opinion but we haven't experienced any more problems since the repairs.

They were prompt and fast. The new faucet works great.

Initially showed up without camera and wasn't familiar with the Angie's list ad. Tried to charge me an additional $300 (+) dollars and argued that I had "misread" the ad. Had to be shown actual deal on Angie's list website before tearing up the ticket. Had to come back with a camera on a second visit at a later date. Not impressed.

They came right out and replaced the faucet, great work, very nice guy that came out and WOW a great price too. After the company left, I noticed that the back of my washing machine had been burnt by one of their tools. There is now a hole on the control panel of the washing machine. I felt like they covered this up instead of letting me know about this accident. I have only had my washing machine about 4 months.

George and Leon arrived on time and did a very thorough job in ensuring the clog was removed and the water is flowing freely. They were very courteous and professional and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested.

Terrible experience. They're nice and punctual but it was a disaster. They unclogged the disposal/drain and added some length to the flex tube (they said it was the cause of the clog). Suddenly my dishwasher stopped getting dishes clean, then it started leaking. I called them back, Jan came right back and checked it. He said I needed a new dishwasher because it had a big crack in it. He didn't charge me for the 2nd visit (1st one was costly $114). I went to Lowe's, bought a new dishwasher. They came today to install it. The drain hose was disconnected. Nothing wrong with the dishwasher after all. I had it reconnected and it's working perfect. I sent the new one back and got my money back. The whole ordeal took a lot of time, not to mention the hassle.
