They was the most pleasant and cooperative people to work with. They did everything they said they was going to do and a little more. There was no shock in pricing if there was something that would come up that would affect the pricing they would discuss it prior to doing it.

The project manager, Tony, was an outstanding professional. He showed up when he said he would, his crew showed up and did exactly what he said they would do, and the quality of the restore and paint job was fabulous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering painting the exterior of their home.

Did the job thoroughly and fast!!

We particularly liked the efficiency with which they were able to paint two large interior rooms including two hallways & stairwell, plus pressure wash, repair & paint a huge upper & lower deck, boat dock, and wooden walkway in less than 6 days. There were a few issues with obtaining straight lines from dark interior walls adjoining white door frames, which were quickly corrected.

I used Altract to get the exterior of my house painted and caulk any holes that had formed since the house was built 13 years ago. They did an awesome job. Got here on time and knocked out the job in just a few days. Made my house look new again. My neighbors seem to be a little jealous now that the white on my house is bright, and not aged and dirty looking. I liked how they paid attention to detail and even fixed some trim around a column that I didn't even ask them to do! That was going beyond expectations for me!

As others have stated, Altract was quick to respond and their bid was competitive. The first crew that showed up: 1) Did not adequately prepare the house, 2) Switched paint to an inferior grade not specified in the contract, and 3) Watered down the paint during the spraying process. I notified Chad Vickers immediately when I became aware of the situation. Chad apologized profusely, then had the crew removed quickly and replaced the next day with another. The second crew ultimately executed the project appropriately per the terms of the contract. Upon completion, Chad reduced the contract price by $200 for the inconvenience and mistakes incurred at the beginning of the project. Although Chad upheld the terms of the contract and went a step further by slightly reducing the price, I am conflicted about recommending Altract to others and would be hesitant to use them in the future, as I am not confident that quality control processes are in place to prevent the mistakes from happening again.

Everyone I worked with was very professional and courteous - from Chad, to the project manager, Tony, to the entire crew. They did a fantastic job and stayed within budget and delivered on time. Great quality work!

Pricing was competitive. Very customer oriented. Took pride in the quality of their work. Will use again in the future. Would highly recommend.

President, Chad Vickers, is an up front, diligent, fair-minded guy and extremely easy to work with. My experience has been fantastic. Does great work for a very reasonable price, and its done on time, with almost no follow up or management needed from me. All of his crew are solid as well. Zero negatives. (by the way, I didn't know Chad or his company before hiring him; found him on HomeAdvisors, and hired him when he was far less expensive than the other bidders that I found on HomeAdvisors)

I am very pleased with the work performed. My house looks great! Great people who were professional, considerate, prompt, efficient and courteous. I would gladly recommend AHI to others.

Great people and outstanding work ethics

I am updating my review, while they were easy to work with, prompt and fair priced they did not pay attention to the details. Upon close inspection I am finding rotten siding when I asked that all rotten wood be replaced. I am giving them the opportunity to correct this but it is a bit of an inconvenience and I do think had I not called them out on it they were hoping I would miss it. As a professional there is no way they could have missed what I found.

Very pleased with the work performed. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful of both me and my wife and our questions or requests and completed the work in a timely manner. We have already recommended them to several neighbors and plan to have them back for interior painting projects. Overall it was a great experience from an excellent painting contractor.
