I've never had a problem. He comes back anytime during 3 months and he does whatever he needs to do and doesn't charge anything. There's no contract with him, we did not sign a contract. Therefore, as far as his business goes, the way he does it therefore if you're not happy, you just walk away. He's free to walk away too if there's a problem so you couldn't ask for any better , you don't have to sign a long term contract with like some village people.

Very easy to work with. Always answers/returns calls promptly, and is very easy to work with on scheduling. Offers one-time service that many of the area pest control companies won't, and prices are very reasonable too.

I am very happy with them. They are scheduled to come on Thursday. I am on a four months rotation and I spend $60 every four months. I have got a house and I am going to be moving soon. So, the guy is spraying there. The thing I love the most is that this man is very honest. The house was empty and it was opened up. He came in and didn't charge me anything extra. He used so much stuff with it being open and there was no way he made money. He was very nice and he said it was no big deal. He said if it gives him a new customer, then that's what he wanted like getting new business. He has continued to spray in this house. He doesn't require you to sign a contract which is awesome. So anytime, if you don't want to use him anymore, you don't have to. Even in those four months time if you see bugs or anything, he comes back out and doesn't charge you. Most of the other pest control people will sign a contract with you and I have had problems with that. When I had a problem once, he came right back out. You can't beat his price. He sprays with whatever chemicals are best if you have pets or if you don't have pets. When he did the hardwood floors, he changed chemicals at that point so that it wouldn't hurt my hardwood floors in the house. He is really good.
