+ -1 moreThe Night Owl # is permanently on our fridge now! When no body else wanted to help us, is was Night Owl to the rescue. There was NO additional charge for the late hour. Michael was very knowledgeable and when I described the sound the fridge was making he knew exactly what the problem was. He took the time to explain what the problem was and exactly what the charge would be for the repair. He was neat in appearance and very professional.
Description of Work: Refrigerator stopped working sometime during the day. When we got home my wife noticed things thawing in the freezer. We called several appliance repair people and none would come after 5pm. My wife found Night Owl's number and called them. Michael arrived about 30 minutes later, he repaired the problem and had the fridge up and running very quickly.
