 + 3 moreFor the final project I am using a company out of Birmingham called TSP, they are the parent company and they are called The Service Providers, LLC. They are in Pelham, Alabama. They are a pretty good size company. They do a lot of work. They do construction and they do all kinds of things. They haven't worked for me yet. They are about to do the work within a couple of weeks. They are going to do my whole project. I like the professionalism of the people that I talked to, the knowledge. I liked the way they worked with me. They were customer oriented in working and doing what I wanted to get done, very detailed and when we actually look at the scope of work out, we did a very detailed scope of work in what they do or going to do. The actual work without the roof is 28769 dollars. They had to give me a 600 dollars off for a reason. Their actual total bid was 29000 dollars for all of those purposes. They are 'A's, so far it is an 'A'. I am going to give them all 'A's keeping in mind that they haven't done the work.
Description of Work: The quote, not counting the roof because the insurance company is paying for it but they are doing the roof too, was at 35000 or 36000. They are doing everything for me. They are the ones that I signed a contract and did everything with. They are going to do my gutter system. We broke it down to 5 categories. They are going to do the gutter system with replacing all the gutters in the house and everything like that. That is including the permanent color. The gutters now come they way they are. They are doing carpentry work for me. That's replacing the front porch railings with sear and red wood. They are doing that for me. They are cleaning and painting and refinishing wherever they have to. They are doing windows and doors for me. They are doing vinyl siding and aluminum wrapping, they call it. They wrap the windows and they wrap around the ease to your house. They wrap around it.
