I have been renovating an office building I purchased, a significant part of which was completing renovations on the tenant bathroom. The bathroom renovations involved replacing the existing, old, worn out toilet and vanity. I called John (O'Connor, the owner) and he came over immediately to provide me an estimate. The price was excellent, and I had him and his son start work immediately. They were extremely professional. For example, they brought in a clean piece of carpeting to cover the floors in the area where they were working so they would not soil my office's carpeting. They worked quickly, efficiently, and quietly. I was quite surprised at the speed of the work, the fantastic job that was done, and the EXTREMELY reasonable price that was charged. John does lots of different kinds of work. Based on the plumbing work he did for me, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for ANYTHING. You can't go wrong here. Hire this guy.
