We had a different mortgage company, but our mortgage got bought out by PNC Mortgage several years ago. We've had some problems with them. My daughter had missed one month and they wouldn't let us pay the payment and we went through all this stuff. There's lots of things they pulled and we had to lose the house. We were still paying the mortgage every month and doing everything we were supposed to. They did a loan modification and added $30,000 onto the principal, even though they were getting our payments. It was almost like they wanted the house, because of the area. In that whole area, the market value is very high. They wanted more money every month. We had gone through a bankruptcy but were paying every month to them. That was taken out of my husband's check. They kept trying to get more money from us, until we didn't have enough to pay it. It was an unreal situation.
Description of Work: They held a mortgage on our property. The monthly payment was $1,800.
