+ -1 moreWe buy all of our appliances at Lowe's and we have service warranty thru them. They send out people to fix our appliances and I don't know their names but they have all been excellent. They use one person one time and another person the next but their warranty policy is absolutely excellent. I always buy a 5 year warranty. As soon as the warranty runs out we buy a new one. The last couple of times in the store was not good but we like their warranty and prices. They'll meet anybody's price. Their salespeople are not always knowledgeable. We had our dishwasher go out and leaked all over the floor. We went in there and the guy knew absolutely nothing. I've gotten into calling them and saying who's in the appliance department. This time the guy was very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: We bought a washer and dryer.
