My wife and I have been searching for quotes in order to install a concrete driveway. After searching for providers we found Dr. Concrete. I called him and scheduled for him to come out 6-28-13 to give an estimate for our job. My wife and I showed up in order to get estimate and sat for 20 minutes. He never showed. I called his cellular phone which was cut off to go straight to voicemail. I left a message and he did not call back. I also scheduled an appointment with Tony Concrete Service 7-2-13. My wife called him to update and confirm coming out for the estimate. He told my wife that he forgot about the job and wanted to reschedule. He called me to reschedule and the number he called from was the number of Dr. Concrete. I asked him if he was the same company and he confirmed that he was and I asked him why I was not called when he did not show last week and why he forgot about our appointment this week. All he asked was if we wanted to reschedule. When I politely stated that we are going to go in another direction due to him not remembering our estimate, returning calls, or no showing he never even apologized. His exact words were "alright". End of conversation. I would not recommend his services.

I am preparing to sue him as this is being written.
