+ -1 moreThey are family owned. I like dealing with family owned places. It is a real nice dishwasher. It was a good experience. I worked with the owner of the store over the phone. She was very helpful to me because I was very limited. I could not go into the store. I told her I found one online. She knew the product very well. She had one of those. She went over everything with me in detail. It was good working with her. I referred her to friends that don't live in Hartford. They didn't like big box stores. They drove all the way out here and bought a dishwasher and range from her. They were just as impressed as I was with her knowledge of the product.
