Windows Of Alabama

I made arrangements with the sales man to have my windows done and was told that it would take two to three weeks for the windows to arrive. When three weeks went by I called and was told that it takes four to five weeks for windows to be delivered. The salesman came by to say he was sorry for the misunderstanding and arranged for me to get grid added to two windows at no additional charge. The owner of the company told me that I would have my windows installed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I was also told by my salesman that I would have their best installer named John, who would have the windows done in two days and do all the clean up. On Tuesday two installers arrived and neither one of them was John. They arrived without all the tools they needed so they rented one from my husband and had to go out and rent the rest. They did not arrive until 4:30 p.m. and worked until 6:30. They came back the next morning and worked on the windows and took long breaks and were on the phone a lot. They didn't finish the job and had to come back on the Friday after Thanksgiving. They didn't have a shop vac or broom to clean up their mess so I had to give them a broom to clean up and then I vacuumed after that. They also left hand prints on all 19 windows that I had to go around and clean. I saved a little bit of money by going with them but would go with Window World if I had it to do over again.
