Company was easy to work with. Gave an estimate for the work. After accepting the estimate and signing the contract, they were able to start the next day. It took them about a day and a half to strip off the old roof, put on the new one and clean up the area. They did an excellent job. We were amazed at how fast and efficient the workers were. I definitely recommend VIP for excellent roofing work.

The guys worked most of day to get the job done. They did have to come back twice but came back very quickly for a recheck. After last night rain (5/26/2021)I think it is finally fixed.

Great!! They had the old roof off and new one on in 1@ 1/2 days. The ceilings were painted in 2 days. My home looks great. Ms. Lynne DeFrance worked with my insurance company and I basically only paid my deductible.

It only took them around 7 hours to completely remove old shingles and replace with new ones !!! Very Satisfied !!!!!

The crew was friendly and punctual. They evaluated the needed repairs and then developed a game plan on how to fix the problem. Lynn discussed all the cost and went over the plan before the work was executed. Day of the work crew was professional and efficient. From start to finish the experience was outstanding.

Work went well. Clean up was thorough. Have had lots of rain this year and no leaks best we can tell. Lynne was good to work with.

Everything proceeded just like clockwork. VIP Alabama Roofing arranged everything. Ms. DeFrance worked well with our insurance company. After the work was approved a date was set. The VIP crew showed up at 6AM, unloaded their equipment, started work by 7AM, and had the old roof off in about 2 hours! They took lunch 11AM until Noon, and went back up on the roof. When they came down at 3:30PM our roof was completed, and my yards were spotlessly clean! I cannot say enough good things about this group. They are fantastic! We highly recommend them!

Everything went very well. Lynne has an amazing crew. Just need to be a little more hands on calling you if there is extra work that needs to be performed. It was emailed but I donot get into emails as much as phone calls. Thank You. Job performance is an A .

It went great. He did a great job. Cleaned up everything, had a magnet through the yard to pick up the nails.
