Perfect! They told me they would be here between 6:30-7. Arrived at 6:45. Had manager with them, I explained what I wanted and he explained what he wanted to his crew, they checked to make sure that what I wanted was done and that everything was clear. Very professional.

See above. All went very well as is Mr. and Mrs. Tinsley's manner of conducting business. Beautifully kept lawn. Great compliments from neighbors and friends. Last compliment was about 15 mins ago. I called 6-7 times and was always told that my call would be returned soon. I gave up after trying to call for several weeks. Very disappointing

Outstanding service. I called Tinco late this morning to set up an appointment and they were able to come on the same day. Took the time to show us all of the features of our irrigation system (we've only been in the house a year and did not have an owners manual) and patiently answered our questions. They checked each zone and took us around and showed us how to adjust the sprinkler heads and what brands/sizes to buy if we ever needed to replace them. Made adjustments on the spot and showed us how to make our own repairs. They also fixed some broken heads and capped off unnecessary sprinklers to keep the greatest power on the areas that we'd just landscaped. Joe also took the time to identify some of my bushes and gave me advice on when and how to trim them back. We were extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and focus on customer service/educating us about our yard. We certainly got more than our money's worth and we will definitely use them again for our lawn care needs!

These guys are amazing. I completely felt like I got my moneys worth. They brought an entire team of people and took care of every thing in one day. the over grown areas, de-weeding all the flower beds, pulling up everything that I asked and even came back and laided grass and mulch in all the areas that needed it. I was so happy with the work they come out and do bi-weekly cleanup for an affordable amount. I don't want to state what the bi-weekly is in this review because that quote will based on the size of your yard. could be cheaper or more than my house is. Watching these guys work you know your getting your monies worth. Every single one of these guys was moving like they had a job to do. Overall ! outstanding work !

My husband called and asked for a quote for installation of a lawn irrigation system. They came very soon and provided the quote to my husband. Their quote was the best we received so we hired them. They came on time and installed the system within a day and a half. The system they installed reached all areas needed and works great! They did not even ask for payment at the time of installation. We received a bill a few weeks later. They met their quote price and had a payment schedule plan (they did not expect full payment). We were extremely happy with the service they provided. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Professional and friendly.
