Description of Work: Took down old (only partially installed) gutter and install new aluminum gutter all around the house. They did a good job until we went outside saw they used white down spouts for extension which were coming across rather wide flower beds, some area was nearly 10 ft wide! We had 13 down spouts. Imagine how ridiculous it looked. I e-mailed the company immediately and was told that is all out there available. However, they also mentioned I can go to Lowe's or Home Depot and purchase dark colored extensions. I went on-line and found black extensions which we purchased. We asked them to come and take white down spouts which was used for extension and replace with what we bought. I do not understand why they offer those to start with. I do not believe no one would have white 5-6 inch wide open down spout sticking out of your flower beds or anywhere else. We pay for professional services so we don't have to go to purchase part of items which should be offered by service providers, of course customers don't mind for additional cost for items. I must mention that their responses were very timely and other part of job was well done.

+ -1 moreI hired Isbell Insulation and Vinyl Siding to install siding on my house and fifteen months later the job is still not finished. In my opinion they almost burned down my house when moving the main power line. What a nightmare. I have paid thousands of dollars in repairs. Jeff, the owner, and I cannot decide a fair amount on each of us to pay on these repairs and because I have not paid for their services a lien was placed on my house and Jeff has decided to let the courts decide who pays for what. I have hired many businesses to do work for me and this is the first time there have been such problems. I will never hire Isbell to work for me again!

+ -1 more1st rain after gutters were installed they leaked all around the building. Called them many times and was only able to speak to the office clerk. After several weeks was finally able to talk with Steve. He was not over the gutters section of the business but was helpful in getting the installers sent back out. This was over 2 weeks after my first call for assistance. They returned and installed additional screws in the gutters plus used silicone caulk. After this second visit, the gutters still leaked. No follow-up call from the company to check on installation. Only spoke with 2 people over the entire time. The young lady who answers the phone was nice, but unable to get anyone to return my calls. Will not use this company for anything else.

+ 0 moreI got a couple of estimates, and Isbell was far lower, which made me a little suspicious. But I accepted their estimate, and they came out when I was not even home, matched the color perfectly, and left a clean, professional job. We just had 6.5 inches of rain from Tropical Storm Lee, and the gutters all worked great with no leaks. They were courteous throughout, and I am completely pleased.
Description of Work: Added gutters and downspouts to back of house; added gutter covers to all gutters; sealed leaking corner.
