Jeremy Donald was the absolute epitome of customer service! When he initially contacted me to understand my issue, he took the time to talk me through the process and in a way that I could easily understand. He provided me an upfront estimate over the phone based on our conversation and then came the very next day to complete the repairs - on time and exactly as promised. Truly exceptional experience and I will absolutely call on him again should I have the need - and, of course, I will recommend him to anyone I know!
