He was quite professional and very friendly. He had to come back over two days to do the work. He went a little bit beyond the call of duty by cleaning the back of the unit and making it look real nice. I didn’t ask him to do that and he did it on his own. There was one thing which he didn’t do that others have done which caught my attention, but I don’t know too much of heating and air conditioning to know if it is something to be worried about. Generally when I have had people come here before they would turn down the thermostat of the heating and cooling once they got through with each of those parts and this guy didn’t do that. I didn’t have any problems with my unit but this was something that everybody used to do when they checked my unit. I was interested in signing a contract to have someone come out twice a year and so I signed up for it. My unit is old and it has the old Freon in it and so I was interested in getting a quote from him for a new unit. He sort of did that but when he left he said he would go back to the office and someone from there would send me a receipt as well as another quote apart from the one he drew up which I haven’t received as yet. I thought that was an area of customer service for him to follow up with which I thought he didn’t do. When I spent about $500 I expected him to get back to me with it. I have done business with them in the past and I was extremely pleased with the person who came out in the past. I had work done in the past and I think his price was steep. The prices he was giving me for a new unit was out of sight but I haven’t decided on that as yet. So far the quality of work is good. He once showed up at the time I was not expecting him to but then he was nice.
Description of Work: We had Home Comfort Solutions Inc come over and check our heating and AC. He replaced a part as well. The motor in the heating part of the unit’s blades had fallen off.
