+ -1 moreOne sink had leaky valve and the other sink just needed replaced faucet. Although one sink the leaky valve was repaired the pipes were not adequately sealed and there remained a leak. Also the sink seal was never properly adjusted. The other sink which had no leaks was left with a major leak at the sink connection to the pipe. They tried to claim the sink was cracked and used silicon to try to seal it with no guarantee that it would work. Three days later since they claimed it would take that long for silicon to set, it leaked. I redid I the entire project and fixed the repairs. There was inadequate caulk, trash was never cleaned out of the area between the sink and the pipes and they had never tightened the connections. They charged $390.00 for labor alone and I am a psychiatrist and fixed the sink by reviewing Internet. They did shotty work and never presented credentials that they were certified plumbers. One claimed to be the partner in ownership on the company.

+ -1 more.On Monday morning they called and ask directions. In about 30 minutes they were in our yard. They checked the drains, found the clog and it was cleaned. In approximately an hour they had finished the work and were ready to leave. We were well pleased and would call them again if the need should arise, which it probably will at some future date.
Description of Work: We had had some minor problems with the drains for a couple of weeks. Then on Sunday, Mother's Day with a house full of our children and grandchildren, the worst happened. Both Commodes stopped flushing, you can just imagine the worst with small children in the house. We looked on Angie's list and found the name of a drain cleaning company that had a good rating. We called on Sunday afternoon but got no answer, however, they promptly returned our call. After explaining the problem to them they offered to come out that day, however we ask them to wait and come on Monday morning.

Description of Work: A drain pipe in the crawl space of my home had rusted through--leaking waste water. I called Henson's Plumbing at 7:30 in the morning. A crew of three arrived at my house by 8:30. They examined the problem and gave me an estimate of approximately $500 to complete the repairs. They finished the job by 10:00 a.m. for $320!
