DADDY'S TOOLBOX

It was a nightmare. He took our deposit money and used it for his on gain instead of buying supplies and paying for labor. He tore our roof down to the decking and we got 5 in of rain that week. We now have extensive interior damage due to the water leaking in. He didn't pay his laborers and they started walking off the job. He didn't buy supplies so we were forced to purchase them on our own and find people to finish the job as water literally was coming in around us. He admitted he took our money and said he would repay it but a month later we have not received one cent from him nor has he offered to help us in anyway. He is not even a licensed, bonded or insured contractor like he said he was. He has destroyed our property and devastated us financially. We strongly encourage anyone considering using this person to walk the other way.

He keep asking for more money. After it hit a certain point we refused to pay him more until after the job was completed. After we told him we would pay at the end of the job he started tearing up the sheet rock. He did not pay his employees so they walked out and our house was rained in three times. Rather then calling us he would write us notes on the wall in pencil.
