COOK'S PEST CONTROL

They come exactly when they say. I expected them to take some of the spider webs down outside but they didn't. The workers are very professional.

Comes put once a month to spray for bugs. Only does the outside unless we request the inside. Decent job but just a few things : if there is ever a problem they tend to have to come out more than once to fix it. Not sure if it's because they are not using the right stuff or what. Also it seems like everything outside of general pest control is extra

They are very good and they always call before they come. Their price is average. They aren't the cheapest and they aren't the most expensive but you get what you pay for. They try to come around the same time every month.

The guy wants to do the pest control when he wants to do it. I am an absentee owner of the house so I never see their work. I want it on my schedule but they are reluctant to do it. I want it done at the end of the month and they want to do it at the beginning of the month so he gets his money quicker. I pay by invoice. I have shopped them from time to time and their price is good. I am unable to talk to the guy. I had an anthill that I told them about and when I came back it was still there.
