If I could give this company zero stars I would!!! The level of disrespect and poor customer service I received today is sickening! The fact that most everyone I spoke to today about my experience were completely dismissive is unreal. It’s so much I want to say about this place but to sum it all up if you want to throw your money down a rabbit hole and feel totally like you don’t matter then this is your place. HOWEVER, if you want a great customer service experience and to AT LEAST feel like your opinion matters plz keep looking for another company to do business with!! Do NOT patronize this place…BEWARE, you’ve bn warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like their service. The technicians show up on time. Their billing is very accurate and their customer service is very good. If I need them outside of my monthly treatment, they are quick to respond. The treatments they use are also pet friendly.

.They also told us that there would be no guaranties. We had been with this company many years. We then called Burnam Hahn and they came right away sprayed and got rid of most all of the flies then came back second time and got rid of the rest of the fruit flies. The charge for BOTH visits and riding our house of those pesky things was only $40.00. After this We changed our monthly service to Burnam Hahn and we are very satisfied. |

Very well. I have used Burnum-Hahn for pest control since I moved here 14 years ago. They have done termite inspections and installed a termite control system. Also, they have provided ant and roach control service as needed. They have been punctual, reliable, and pleasant to work with, and the services they have provided have been effective.

Went well. The tech left a few of the small holes unfilled but I don't think that's a huge problem.

Service has always been very effective and long lasting. I most appreciated this when I had my flea problem. Just gave a B for quality because I am not sure that they use the most environmentally friendly options available. Onsite service personnel has always been punctual and friendly, if you have a question, you get a qualified answer. Also staff on the phone is friendly and reliable. In general, the business seems to be well organized.
