+ 1 moreHe came by and gave a quote, and starting date. Called later to say he could start a day earlier. Work was outdoors, and the temperature was around 100 degrees each day. He was prompt, courteous, and patient, even in the sweltering heat. Cost was actually less than the price quoted!!
Description of Work: Contacted Doug about work on house we are renting. Patio enclosure was not very well built, and needed to be sealed. We needed the patio cleaned, the screen enclosure cleaned and painted, the concrete sealed and painted.

+ -1 moreI'd already purchased the light fixtures that I wanted installed. I contacted Doug and he immediately scheduled a date and time to come out and install the fixtures. He was prompt, fast, and very professional. He made sure it worked and tested it out. He also cleaned up any dust that settled. He did a great job!
