Connor came promptly and was enthusiastic about solving our problem. We had no heat and the house was very cold. He was pleasant and professional. We have used Wilbur’s before - always good service, but Connor is the absolute BEST !!

Great customer service! Ac out on Friday afternoon they gave me a 45 min eta technician Jacob arrived in 30 minutes he went right to work on my unit ! Trouble shooting and found the cause of the problem. Repairs completed cleaned up and gone in 1 hour . Jacob is an amazing young man!
