They quickly found the problem and they were knowledgeable and friendly

We had our roof and gutters replaced by USA Roofing. Overall we are pleased with the quality of roof provided by their team. I will say there was challenges along the way but at the end of the day they made them right. Pros of the job Quality of information up front and materials used was better than average. They weren't pushy like several of the other contractors I met with prior to selecting USA Roofing. They also worked closely with me during the insurance claim process and made things very smooth on that end. Finally, once they got started, they quickly completed the job and left little to no evidence they were there once they cleaned up the work site. Cons Unfortunately they started the job on an afternoon when it rained heavily into the night which caused some water leaks overnight but they were quick to come out first thing the next day to get things dried up and secure. The crew also dropped a hammer through our dining room ceiling during the job but they quickly took ownership of the issue and made the repairs accordingly. Communication at times with the scheduling and completion of the work could have been better is the only other criticism I would have for their mgmt team. I chalk this up to how busy they were at this time as hundreds of homes in the Birmingham area we damaged during this massive hail storm and they had a lot of jobs in flight at the same time.

We signed an agreement for the replacement of our roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. We were assured that during the roof replacement the job site would be kept clean, and free of debris, along with nails being picked up periodically during the day. We were told our shrubs would be covered and protected during the job. However, when the job began our back yard looked like a war zone after the workers left for the evening. There was debris scattered everywhere... water bottles, snack bags, cans of spray paint, buckets, pieces of foam, tool belts, tarps, tools and thousands of roofing nails. I picked up over 50 nails from my deck alone and this was just day one and only part of the roof removed and replaced. On day two I watched workers tossing old roofing shingles into my flower beds and them bouncing off my shrubs. The next week the owner of the company called to tell me that they weren't going to install all the siding included in our agreement without me paying extra money for it. To say that he was very rude would be an understatement. We decided to fire them then and there. We allowed them to complete the roof but found other contractors to do the siding and gutter work. Our only regret is that we used them for anything at all and we wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Four other homeowners in our neighborhood used them; they are still trying to get their work completed and have had constant problems with the company. Thankfully for us we chose other contractors to complete our repairs and they were finished in a few days and the work was excellent. My recommendation would be to steer clear of this company totally. They subcontract all their labor, don't follow through with their commitments and have terrible customer service. They were also the only contractor we used that required a deposit to begin their work. Their salesman tried to collect half up front but we refused.

I would highly recommend USA roofing and Renovations. We had a leak in our roof and we sought several companies to determine who we were most comfortable with. USA roofing was friendly and helpful, and worked with our insurance company. They were done in a timely manner, did excellent work, and came out to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

The salesman was Brown. That’s a really good place to do business with. We’ve got a special type of roofing. It was more expensive than most and it would be misleading. They were excellent. Four or five workers came to perform the service. They were top notch. It wasn’t the first time I’ve used them. They set up a camp here in our subdivision when there was a tornado. They came by and put a tarp over the hole in the roof so we take them out. They had a really good better business record so we used them to put the new roof on. It was all damaged by the hail and the wind. It was awful. It had a hole in the roof about 18 inches across, so deep that you could see the blue sky through it. Debris was over everything. They replaced the front window where debris had gone to the window frame. They replaced it on a separate visit. There was nothing I dislike. Their quality of work was the best. The salesman was wonderful. I would tell friends and family member to hire them in a heartbeat.

I was completely happy with it. They were great; perfect. I had a $1,000 deductible and the insurance paid $16,000. They showed up and took care of everything. They cleaned up and hauled everything away. I had no problems. They were very nice people.

Very satisfied. They were recommended and I tried their services and immediately they dealt with my insurance company and took control of the estimate. My insurance was happy and I was too.

They were one of the first companies knocking on our door after the tornado hit. We let them tarp our roof, and then hired them to replace it and do other repairs that we needed. Although the work overall was good, they were very hard to get in touch with and the roofers were not carerful when they did their work. After they completed the roof, we had a damaged fence, siding, facia board, and window. It took a very long time for them to repair what they damaged, and then they did not repair all of it. We would call and leave repeated messages, and they would not call back. When we did get in touch with them and tell them what had to be done, they dragged their feet and acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. When it was time to pay the bill, they were eager to call. Again, they did good work on the roof, window replacement, and gutters, but the stress of dealing with them and the damages was not easy. We would find another company if we needed work again.

I am real pleased with them, they are a great company. They put a new roof up and are in the process of getting new windows put in for me. I liked everything about them and I don’t have any dislikes. .

I liked their customer service. They were very efficient, clear and punctual. They showed up when I needed them to. I had to pay just my deductible. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.
