+ -1 moreMr. Edwards met me and my realtor to take a look at the foundation. He looked for cracks in the walls upstairs to determine if the house was shifting. He evaluated the block walls in the basement, walked the perimeter of the home to assess the slope and water condition, and examined the steel columns and beams in the basement. Within 2 days I had a report detailing his findings and assessment of the structure, as well as suggestions for mitigaiting any issues.
