Terminix - Trussville -Termite & Pest Control

I've got them for termite and pest control contract. Also for household pest control. I get three different types of service from them. I like the results, I don't care much for the prices. They always come when they say they're going to come and they usually come within the time frame.

They were okay. I think it could have been more thorough than what he was and plus they went up $10. And I think if they are going up $10 I think they need to do a little bit more. I still have some ants.

I only have a contract with them. It's a yearly contract. I talked with them about it and said that I really liked it better when they have the baits that they would check once a month. They checked the baits out, drilled a hole in my concrete and put some liquid in there. I don't know if it's doing any good. I'm not really pleased with the way they do this.

I have been using Terminix for several years for both termite protection and pest control services. I do not have any problems with the technicians themselves; in fact, they have been friendly and helpful. But like other reviewers, I have problems with the company's scheduling practices and their lack of communication with me. For instance, I will get an email and a phone call advising me that they will be coming out on a particular date, and then no one shows up. So when you call, you are told that your service has been rescheduled. I can't get a manager to return my calls, and I really feel like the small residential account is of "no account " to them. I notice that even the company response to these individual reviews is a standard formulaic answer that makes you feel like you really don't matter.

They are fine but little expensive but they do the job.

Spot spraying for ants and cockroaches with bait as needed of rodents. We have been using this service for the past 15 years and this is not the first time I called to cancel and they persuaded me to come back but this was the last straw. When I called the service technician three times over one week and he never returned my calls that was it for me.

Since last summer we have been asking them not to come out at the end of the month. Both my husband and I receive disability and we would like for them to come the first week after the third. Because they are still coming out and performing services at the end of the month, this is causing overdrafts from our account. The people from the office hasn’t received any of our messages (or so they say) and we found out that our calls have been going to the call center. Also, we just found out that it doesn’t have to be auto bill pay but we can get billed. So this is something else they lied to us about. I understand the technicians are just doing their job, but the administration staff is just so rude and horrible! They have no regard for the customer. I recommend for no one to deal with them. They have given us the worse experience we've ever had!

They were the only ones that provided termite protection on our construction.

I have used this company for several years. Up until recently I have been happy with the service. Over the past year, they have been very unprofessional. The manager of the Trussville office just goes in and changes appointment times without notifying the me. This week alone I received an email and phone call reminding me of the service appointment on 3/25/14 between 9-11. I waited around until after 11 and when no one showed up, I called the office only to find that the manager had changed the appointment to another day. This is not the first time they have done this to me. I would not recommend this branch of Terminix to anyone. The manager has absolutely no respect for their customers' time.

They were good. Approximately they come out last September. They come once a year for termite bond inspection. The cost of the service is $100 a year. They check the damage and they place termite bonds around. They are professional and they are reasonable. They give me a heads-up when they are coming.

slow to respond. Generated a bill before contract work was completed and much of the work had to be repeated. When I had a problem the company was slow to respond. This was not what I was expecting from a Terminex company..

The service is good but one time I did have a problem with one of the people that came by. I was having a problem with some German roaches, I've never had anything like that since I've been in this house, we had bugs at different times but we were able to control. It's like a swarm coming out of the grout in the kitchen and I couldn't understand what was going on. One time this man came by and he had already sprayed and my time was up and they said they'll send somebody back in and I thought he's going to come in and spray, he just said I probably have German roaches and left me some of these little things and put some of them down and left me some. I really didn't get rid of them through Terminix. I had good experiences with them because when I had trees in my yard the spiders would always make big webs and it would be so messy and I asked them to come and see if they could do something about it and they would, they cleared off the spiders around my house and everything I asked them to do. I don't let them come in the house too many times and spray because my son has bad allergies and sometimes my allergy is bad enough too but there were a few times that they came in to spray.

It went great. The sales person was at my house before I arrived and waited for me. This is what I really liked. He explained what needed to be done and helped me get the assistance needed for me to pay my debt. Good People!!

The service is fine. The price was a little pricey. They do outside only during the quarterly service and spray inside only if I have a problem. They don't have a set time to come out. They give me a window.

They come every month. They are unobtrusive when they come, and do what they have to do, and they leave. I have been using them for 8 years. They are prompt, and professional. I will continue to use their services.

They are efficient. I have never had any problems with them.

The technician is professional. He is very cordial and polite. I pay them $75 quarterly. They are professional and on time. When they give me a time, it is always a window. They respect the window. I have had no problem with pests, so I guess it works.

Terminix does a nice job and they are nice people.

It has been so long ago that I don't know how I chose them, but they are a major brand name. They also have the online service. They talk to you when they are going to come out, so you can schedule it. I think they are very expensive. There have been times when I have had to call and check to see where they were, and they would come out at a different time.

I would rate them an A overall. She would use them in the future.

I received a coupon from them. They are too expensive. I do not use them. They were very professional, timely and nice people. It was just the cost that was the problem.

They provide excellent service. I am very impressed with their punctuality and communication. They are a great company.

My biggest complaint with them was on the receipt on the service times listed. They were incorrect they did not meet their agreed upon time frame. It was not within the three hour time frame they gave me. However the overall experience was not bad it worked and I no do not have any pests. I do have a contract with them and they come out every three months to service my home.
