It was good. They installed a couple of units for me before and everything's going fine.

The service went very well, professionally done, responsiveness was good, they meet all my needs, time and everything, prompt and got everything done really well on a timely manner. I was very pleased with their service.

Professional Installers and service Technicians. They came late on a Saturday night and removed old unit and installed the new unit. I had them come another day to finish the rest of the install. Before they completed it the smart thermostat warned of a problem a service tech came out right away and made sure the unit was in Perfect working order. I had Cleaning Tech come and complete the job with duct cleaning. I’m pleased that Perfect Heating & Air was a good choice. I look forward to using them for the yearly service contract

The service was great, they cleaned our air conditioning system and they did it promptly and very effectively and efficiently. I have used them for the past 4 or 5 years and have no complaints on them. They follow up well and they have a great customer service.

I am 76 year old homeowner, Anthony just did a good job, he actually went above and beyond the cleaning, a sweet and great guy. He took pictures of a problem, and he said he would forward the problem to the service department to get the problem fixed. He was just great and sweet and really did a good job. Anthony was unbelievable and was just great on the job, polite and very professional. Anthony checked and service the whole HVAC System.

I have been using their services for years, and this time everything went well. And Joey was the one who came out, and I was very satisfied with the service, my old air conditioner died and they had to replace the whole unit, and they were able to replace the same day and so far I haven't got any problems.

They did a good job. I been satisfied with everything that they did.

The work was good, they technician was very polite and my air conditioner is working great now. Its giving out more air now than before.

They are very very nice people, Michael Bowers really knows his business. He cleans everything and when you contact them they will come all the way. I am really impressed with him. They give me a security that whatever happens we can call them back and whatever what day it is they will come.

It was a great service as usual , they always sent out nice people and I am always satisfied. It was Jake Wint who came out and sis the job.

They are honest and good people. They took care of my needs and their customer service and compassion is next level! I had an issue and they went above and beyond the call of duty. Update to previous F grade given in May 2019. After the negative review was submitted on a Saturday morning, I received a call from the manager of sales for this company. He was very concerned about the high-pressure sales tactics the technician had attempted to use on me. He told me that such tactics are unacceptable at Perfect Service, and management there does not train employees to do such things. Also, the manager of sales informed me that he had a refund check ready to mail to me and would like for Perfect Service to provide me with a free fall heater check and spring AC check. I agreed to this, and subsequently received a call from the manager of customer service to discuss the matter. I am impressed at the lengths that Perfect Service went to in order to make this situation right. I am going to try Perfect Service again for maintenance of my HVAC system. Review Text: *****I want to let people know to be leery of any high-pressure sales pitches to replace air conditioning units they might receive from HVAC companies. This was not the first time an HVAC company Birmingham attempted to manipulate me, and this is a problem nationally. If an HVAC company tries to manipulate you (or a loved one—I worry about elderly people on fixed incomes getting treated this way) please get a second opinion. It could save you several thousand dollars.*****

The service provider called me about an AC unit that they had for a discounted price. I asked him the price and told him I wasn't interested. He proceeded to tell me " If you don't want the service it doesn't matter what it cost". Then he hung up on me. Update: The owner apologized for his employee.

Everything went great. Got my 3 units up and running for the summer. They also gave me some info of the condition of the units due to 2 years of inactivity.

You did a wonderful job and in fact you just serviced my unit recently at my Montevallo home. Note we have moved to Alex City and I hope that you can consider an installation here.

My experience with them is very good. They were very cooperative and very timely. They saved my life, because of taking care of the mold that we had in our house. They were very professional. Maris is the guy that came out last time, and just like other guys, are all on point.

They are very efficient, courteous and they explain things well before doing anything to my system. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.
