Description of Work: On time. Typical "we'd like to give you a discount" pitch that they likely give to everyone. But attentiveness was best I've experienced, price was reasonable when considering the warranty, and the folks that put the system in were exceptional. A complete contrast to what I experiences with Norrell a few years back.

Description of Work: They did the check-up on our heat pump for the season. He even went under the house to check the duct work. He told me something we might consider having done in the next couple of years, but there was no pressure. It was a very good experience like it has been in the past.

Description of Work: Jeremy did the inspection and cleaning of my HVAC unit to be certain the furnace (heat pump) was performing the way it should. He was very prompt, arriving right on time, professional, told me in advance exactly what he was going to do, and courteous. He did what he said he was going to do in about an hour. Afterward he went over everything and told me that all is well with the unit. I should also mention that I received a call from the office prior to Jeremy arriving to let me know he was on the way.
