Perfect air came out to bid on cleaning our ducts. Many companies gave me outrageous quotes for cleaning the ducts, we have two systems so they doubled it, but Perfect Air after careful inspection said they were not actually dirty and I could do what needed to be done with a standard vacuum cleaner. They took the time to show me how and how often to clean the lifetime filters that we have in our new home (I had no idea we had these either) and said to call them when we need them. We will!

They are good and I have a long term contract with them.

I have had a contract with Perfect Service Heating and Air Conditioning for 2 years. All of the workers are courteous and efficient. They do a good job and clean up after themselves. The office people are also polite and do their best to see that you are well serviced. I am satisfied with this company and do not plan to change to another.

When I find superior customer service and strong reliability from companies...I commit to it. I've had the same TV service provider for 19 years, the same American Express card for 29 years, and 14 years ago, I found Perfect Service. Credibility and service are becoming tougher to find........THANK YOU - ANGIE'S LIST FOR MAKING IT SIMPLER!!! Before using Perfect Service I had experienced several uncomfortable and questionable inspections/repairs. I quickly learned that when it comes to heating and cooling needs...... for me, it's a "no-brainer", I have to trust the company and know that they honest, dependable, quick to respond, and thorough in all they do. That's what I expect and ALWAYS get from Perfect Service Heating and Cooling....I have always received the best in quality and customer service. I know them AND they know me.... my home, my units, my needs. For instance, I hate buying filters...and they know it. Without a miss, they show up at my door with tools and new filters. I'm certain that some of these extras have evolved over the 14 years. of doing business together. I remember their very first service call to our home. The technician's attention to detail, his courtesy and willingness to answer questions was amazing. I knew immediately that a Perfect Service contract was going to stay in place for my home for years to come...(fourteen and counting). Throughout the years, I have received sales calls from other heating/cooling companies. But, to be clear, There is NO call and NO incentive price that would make me "take a chance". I already have the best....why change?

It was a great experience. Very courteous. They got it done in a timely manner and even stayed late to finish.

Fan on old unit had locked up. Happened at about 3pm in the afternoon. Perfect Service arrived with new unit at 5:30 pm and installed new furnace the same evening. Finished about 8pm in evening after cleaning up and hauling away the old unit. Left the area spotless. They were totally professiional from the time I called until they left me with a new unit.

It was great and they did a great job. They were very pleasant to work with, prompt, and showed up when they said they would. They acted like they were really concerned about my problem. They were top notch. The cost was reasonable for the work. They got the job done in about 2-3 hours.

It has been great. They give good personable service. Everything they did was good and is was all arranged fine. I did price shop and their pricing is competitive.

It ended out to be fine. There were 2 different guys out and the first guy that was out I intend to turn into his boss. All he wanted to do was talk on the phone and complain about his wife and how he needed to go home. He wasn?t working has fast as I thought he should. Also, I got him a sandwich and he complained because there were pickles on the sandwich. He also didn?t get the coil replaced that need fixed. That second guy that came out was as nice as he could be. He wiped his feet before he came into the house, and was wonderful. The coil was ordered and came in a 2 days. He put it in, in no time flat. I will use them in the future but will ask for the second guy. My grades are based on the second guy?s performance. He was very professional and good.

I was very pleased with what they did. I have used them for quite awhile. I have no complaints at all and they are very responsive, and willing assist me. I am not going to use them to replace the second unit because the price was too high, and that is the only reason why. They have bent over backwards to make it work properly, and I continue to use them for regular maintenance.

i called the emergency contact number about 6pm on Sunday night. The emergency crew were tied up on another job but I was told that they would call when they were free. About an hour later the manager called and said that the emergency crew would not be able to make it but that he would come personally. He brought another technician who was not on call and they had the A/C working by 9:30 pm. Squirrels had damaged the unit. We have a service contract with the companny, but I expected a large charge for a holiday weekend visit. They only charged $25.00. I was more than happy with the service, price, and quality of work. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

We had paid in advance for the next maintenance but we forgot that we had paid and we used someone else the next time. Perfect Service still honored the advance payment a year later, which we appreciated.

They "discovered" a lot of things that needed to be replace. They were going to replace the whole thing and I felt like they were being dishonest. The company called me back after the review was left and told me new management is in place, they offered me an full refund. They wanted to make things right, and have new start.

Employee arrived on time, was thorough, friendly, offered advice concerning my HVAC as well as some other household maintenance.
