We were quite disappointed that a new light, only 1 1/2 years old would fall and break. We thank God that no one was standing under it when it fell. They are not friendly over the phone and spoke rudely. We'ere going to look for our lighting needs somewhere else.

Lighting Concepts has a very nice showroom with plenty of selections to chose from. Fran did a wonderful job of explaining all of the different lighting choices available and taking me around the showroom. She also helped me look online for additional lighting choices for our new home. We thought we had stayed in budget because when we were in the showroom, I tried to ask if the various lighting options were within the budget that the builder allowed, but we were disappointed that we ended up going over budget. I didn't want to have to travel back to the shop to make new selections when I had spent quite a while making all of the choices. I also did not like trying to be talked out of some of our healthy house decisions on lighting choices that we had already researched, but I did appreciate that they allowed the fluorescent light bulbs to be taken out and replaced with incandescent bulbs. We ended up being disappointed in the tan flush mount lights as they did not give out enough light in the home, but we were grateful that they let us replace these with white ones to allow more light to shine through. Sometimes they were easy to reach and other times not. We really love the island lights that match the kitchen light fixture and the dining room light is gorgeous as well as the stairwell light that Fran helped me to select. All of the bathroom fixtures turned out very nice as well, and the ceiling fans are providing a nice cooling effect in the summer heat.
