 + -1 moreI purchased a deal for 4 hours of Spring yard work. A week after the purchase, I had not been contacted by anyone. I finally called and he said he would check his schedule and get right back to me. Two days later, I still had not heard from anyone and put in a refund request.

Description of Work: Paid for a deal consisting of 4 hours yard work with debris removal. Scheduled it 3 weeks out, and owner dropped by unannounced to see what we needed done. Then they rescheduled several (3-4)times. Finally arrived late for last scheduled time, did good work clearing some messy spots. But did not remove debris. Filled our garbage can which we had to empty since city wouldn't pick up yard debris from can, & left a big pile in our alley. Did not respond to message asking about debris removal.

Description of Work: So far nothing has happened. Purchased their coupon for $149 for 4 hours of yard work in April. So far, to date, nothing. I feel like I have not been treated as a real customer, but as a bother. Work has been scheduled for Sunday's, holiday weekends, and at 5 pm and then they were no shows with no explanation. What professional business does that???? Contact with owner has been poor. Not responsive in my opinion at all. So far, this has been a total waste of money. Will never use or recommend Kings Services and will probably never purchase another Angie's List coupon again. Should work be done or coupon refunded, will revise rating.

Description of Work: The advertisement is misleading. It is not 4 hours of yard work as stated on Angies list.Two men worked a little over an hour and were off to another job.I will say they worked very fast.

 + -1 moreKing's Services is a wonderful company. They always do a great job for us, and are punctual, professional, and reliable. It was a big job and not only did they do it well and on short notice, but they were also cheerful workers, which is often hard to find.
Description of Work: We use them for our regular mowing/edging maintenance, but this time, we had them do a lot of work around a fairly large yard (weeding beds and natural areas, thinning/manicuring monkey grass, putting down barrier cloth, tons of pine straw, manicuring bushes, etc.).
