I called three companies/individuals from references I found on Angie's List. Jesse Howard was the first one to call me back and he set up a time to come to my house to give me an estimate right away. He showed up exactly when he said he would on a Monday and we discussed the work needed and a time frame that he would be available. Each time that I called him, he answered his phone and was always available to talk to me. We agreed on yesterday as a day to do the work. He and his crew of two got here exactly when they said they would. They were extremely organized and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. In all of my experiences with companies or individuals we have hired to do work, no one has been more exceptional than Jesse Howard. They came in and went right to work, moved furniture and wall pictures, covered everything with plastic, placed drop cloths on every part of the floor where they were working and the three of them had a system of working together like none I have ever seen before. After they finished the work, they cleaned up as if they had never been here and put everything back just as it was when they got here. I can not say enough good things about them and I could not have been happier with the work. The price that I was given was very reasonable and the best of the estimates that I had received. It included all of the paint, supplies and labor. I even added a little extra to the check that I wrote him just because I was so pleased with their work. If there was an A+ option for the review, that is what I would give Jesse Howard. I would without a doubt hire them again and I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs paint work, etc. done!

Jessie, the owner, made appointment to give an estimate within a few days of my call. He arrived promptly, surveyed areas to be painted and asked questions to clarify exactly what my expectations were for the job. He called with the estimate the next day and gave an approximate date to do the job. The entire upstairs of my sister's two story house, including two bedrooms, and a stairwell were included in the price. The upstairs apartment had been left in a battered condition from a three year tenant with small children. There were over 217 nail holes, tape marks and gouges left in the walls. One bedroom had a 12'ceiling with a crack in the drywall running the height of the wall and up through the ceiling angle that I had tried to repair myself, creating a bigger mess than the original crack. Mr. Howard patched and filled thecracks and holes in an hour one day and he and an assistant completed the entire painting job in less one day, including two coats of paint and all clean-up. We were completely satisfied with the finished job as well as the profession manner and within short time that it was completed. He also painted the baseboards in two bathrooms that had received water damage from bath run-over. I would recommend Jesse Howard Painting company for any interior painting project, without hesitation. Based on this positive experience, we expect to hire him again for exterior painting on our own home. Carrington Lakes, Trussville, AL

Jesse was FANTASTIC to work with. He was so prompt in everything that he did, including providing me an estimate and returning my phone calls. He used top quality paint and gave me great suggestions on color and type of paint to use. The front door that he replaced looks great and everything was completed right on time.
