Everything went well; however, the grills in the windows kept falling out and I finally had to remove them.

Bad experience . Would not use them again.

Contacted several window shops to evaluate large multipanel second-story foyer window that had sill rot and water infiltration -- none would repair existing window. Received quotes for replacement window set from three vendors -- prices ranged from $1,500 to $2,000 -- Durante was highest cost provider, but product and sales/service team showed better than other other providers. Lifetime warranty. Very satisfied with final product and install.

All work was done in a very professional manner and the workers were very neat and courteous. The work performed should not have been needed for another 10 to 20 years, but the builders lack of quality control resulted in these extensive repairs and replacements. I'd definitely use Durante again.

It went very well, they are very polite and prompt. I would use them again in the future.

For our experience, the entire process was excellent. The sales staff were both knowledgeable and patient, taking time to provide a throrough demonstration of their various grades of product and to address our every question. Customer service kept us posted on the progress of the window build. On the day of installation, the company sent two very professional craftsmen, who again, in additon to working on the removal and installation of the windows, took the time to explain the process as they went and address our questions. Watching the installation of the custom metal trim around the exterior portion of the windows and seeing the final product made me very glad that I had the windows professionally installed. We have already noticed a big difference in the temperature of the rooms that these windows were installed in. My only downside in the process was the price, but again, we went top of the line with the windows and I believe the cost for installation was well worth it.

It went very well. No communication problems, no reluctance to fix issues that came up.

They never gave us an estimate

I was pleased with the deck and porch construction. Workmanship in that area was very good. However the electrical work seemed not to be very well coordinated with the construction crew. It had appeared that they were not aware of the additional electrical work that was too be done and might have gone a little further with their part than they should prior to the wiring.

They did not nor will they do any work

We wanted to have the deck finished for our daughters high school graduation get-together in late May. The process was supposed to take about 3 weeks (which would would have been in time for Memorial Day), but actually took about 2 months. The workmanship of our deck was terrible from the beginning. The metal spindles were uneven, many of the composite boards were cracked or broken, parts were put on backwards, the deck was slanted, the stairs were uneven (need I say more) . To add to that our yard had dead spots where the technicians trailer and boards were laying on our grass for days. There was also a path around the deck because the project took so long. We've already noticed that some of the material is starting to bubble. We brought our concerns to the company management early on (after a few days of watching the technician), but it didn't help. The manager didn't call us back directly but told the guy working on the deck to contact us. Finally we decided to drive to the company storefront (over an hour away) to talk with the owner. Even though the owner came out to our house and had some of his more experienced people work on the deck (for a couple of days), we were not satisfied with the length of time it took or the quality of the material for the amount of money we spent. We were proactive in notifying the manager and eventually the owner of our concerns (contacting them many times to voice our concerns), After the work was finally completed, the best they would do was give us a $200 discount for dissatisfaction and inconvenience.

I had other lower estimates, but the other companies said they would "make" a standard door size fit into the non-standard space. This did not seem reasonable or sensible! Everyone was incredibly professional and courteous. The door was ready earlier than they quoted , and they worked with me to fit the installation into my busy schedule. The installation process was quick. The installers cleaned up so well I could not tell they were even there! The door is beautiful, and it blends well with my interior and exterior decor. Overall, I am EXTREMELY pleased with Durante. I will use them again for my home improvement needs.

Company I used showed up on time, performed work in a professional manner, finished on time, cleaned up work site, In short, there were NO SURPRISES.

The Durante company was partnering with our neighborhood homeowners' association to supposedly bring better pricing options. It appeared to be a win-win situation, more business for them and good rates for the homeowners. We found that to not be the case. A representative of the company responded promptly to our call for an estimate for a new deck plus extension. He gave us two estimates, one for a composite materia and the other for regular wood. We believed both to be extremely high even with the so-called neighborhood discount, which could have been considerably more, taking into account the number of job possibilities in our large, aging neighborhood. All of these homes were built in the 80's and are due new decks, roofs, and other possible products Durante offers. We did not use this company.

Ok...There was a error (twice) in the ordering portion of the job. All of the windows were not shipped, however old windows were removed. They had to put the old windows back in. Installers were nice, but messy. Did get some stains on the carpet that were unexplained.

There was no problem we just ended up not using them at the time.

The windows worked out fine. I had a lot of problems with them in the refund of the wrong doors. It took me over a year to get them to refund the doors. Two of the doors had plantation shutters on them. I had reminded theme each time they were out to make sure the plantation shutters would fit. They did not fit because the glass in the doors was too narrow. They never gave me a price per item like I had requested. I know they did get rid of the salesmen since he had done this to others as well.

It was wonderful. They did a very good job. It was very accurate. The house is a lot quieter.

The experience was good. Everything was okay.

They are very prompt and professional. If you have a problem, they came back and take a care of it really quickly. If you have any questions or complaints, they are also quick to respond.

Job went well. Responded quickly to a cold call, came to site and prepared an estimate - estimate delivered by email same day. When they received windows, came and installed them in a one day job. Did a very good clean-up after the work completed.

Went very well. I was told the work would take 2 days but it actually went to 2 full days and 2 half days. One of the windows was sent to the wrong state so it took a couple of days to get it to my house. Not a problem for me. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the garden window was put in unfinished and I was not told this until after the guys had put it in. For the price I paid, I would have expected them to ask me what kind of finish I wanted and then do it. Everything else looks great.

I have been putting off this major project since we bought the house seven years ago, as I just did not know what to expect or who to trust to do the work. I visualized a major ordeal, a lot of money spent and poor results. I found Durante Windows on Angie's List and was blown away by thesheer number of the referrals as well as the quality and professionalism that each one spoke about. I decided to give them a try and could not be happier. From the sales person that quoted the job, to the team leader that did the final measurements, to the actual installation crew that installed the windows- they were all amazing! The windows are awesome, the installation was perfect and they completed the job faster than promised! I am a fan!
