GREAT JOB !!!!!

This is a class act company - great service and great work ethic. The installation crew was very careful and did a perfect job of getting the gutters properly secured and working. A few weeks after the installation I had one small issue with one of the down spouts - I called the company at 7:30 a.m. and they had a crew repairing it by 9:00 a.m. the same day. Seriously - that is top notch customer service and I highly recommend them!

Provider provided timely estimate on repair work. Provider performed gutter repair within one week of providing estimate. Very satisfied with work.

Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and they did everything they promised to do. The only small issue I had was having phone calls returned. When I initially called for an estimate they took my information and I was promised a phone call back. I did receive a call the same day to advise me someone would be by to take a look and give me a call back. I never received a return call and had to call them several days later for an update. Once I received my estimate they advised me of something that I would have to get fixed before they could start the job. Once I got this completed I called to schedule the job. Once again, I spoke to someone at the office and was promised a return call but a week later hadn't heard anything. Once I called back everything was straightened out. I was told on Monday that they would come out sometime on Friday. What I wasn't told was a time or that they would need access to electrical outlets for some of their equipment. I received a call at 10:00 am on Friday morning telling me the workers were at my house and needed inside. I did have to leave work and go home in order to let them inside since my home doesn't have outdoor outlets. Aside from the communication issues, everything else went smoothly. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and professional. I had a couple of other estimates done and their prices were by far the best. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. Based on the work and prices, I would definietly use them again in the future.

Jimmy came out to check the work required and emailed an estimate. Once I told him to go ahead and put us on the schedule, they were here within 2 weeks. Took about 2 hours to complete the work and had a storm that night. Problems were solved. It was easy. And his guys were very polite and professional.

John came out and gave us an estimate on Fri, Dec 30 and said we could expect an email with the same quote on Tues, Jan 3. When it didn't arrive, I phoned their office on Thu Jan 5, requesting it. I was afraid it had gone to the wrong email address. They took my name, email, and phone number but nothing arrived. So I called again on Fri Jan6 and was told they'd send it as soon as they finished ordering their material. It did come late that day, and I responded the same day that we accepted their offer and wanted to know when they be doing the work. (Since it was so late, they may not have gotten our response until Mon.) Never heard back from them so on Wed Jan 18 I called again. They took name and phone number but didn't call me back. I called again on Tues Jan 24 and said I really needed to hear from them. This time they did call back and said our job was on the truck and the gutters would be installed that day or the following day. They were finally installed on Jan 25th. Much longer that a week!

I was referred to Duncan Gutters by a friend who had used them to add gutters to several investment properties. I also checked them out on Angie's list. I contacted Duncan on Monday and told the girl who answered that I needed an estimate for new gutters and I gave her my home address. John Duncan (the owner) contacted me on Wednesday, said he had stopped by my home and that they could put new gutters all around my home (it slopes on every side - so a lot of gutters are required) for $1,300. I told him to proceed with the work and asked him what the time line would be. He said his guys would call me the next week before they headed my way. They called Monday of the next week and the gutters were up when I got home. Mr. Duncan contacted me Wednesday to make sure I was pleased with the work. He stopped by my office the next day and picked up a check for the job. The gutters look and work great. The process could not have been more straightforward. If you need gutters call these people.

It went just fine overall. They did the job when they said they would and I was very satisfied with the work. The three men who came out were professional looking and friendly. They did the job quickly and efficiently and I was happy with the work. This was the third time they have done work for me and the other jobs were quite satisfactory also.

Terrible......... I called an obtained an estimate which I thought was too high. Told them that I wanted to wait and have the roof replaced first and they persuaded me to have the gutters installed first. Once I told this to my roofer, he told me to not to have the gutters installed otherwise they would have to take the gutters down for the roof installation. I called Duncan to cancel the job (specifically before the materials were ordered) and they acknowledged. The following week, they showed up when nobody was home and installed the gutters. After finding put that they went ahead and installed he gutters, I called them in protest and they told me that they would "work with me" on the invoice price. Subsequently, I recieved an invoice for the full price and when I called them to inquire, the owner of the company told me I had to pay it or he would put a lien on the house.....then he hung up. I called back repeatedly trying to work it out, but he would not talk to me and continued to hang up. Since the installation, I have obtained more estimates which were considerably less (50%). I feel that Duncan Gutters duped me into installation at a cost way too high for the product in addition to costing me more for the roof installation, and then were completely uncooperative.

They did a great job and the work was done very well. I was impressed with the work and I would recommend them to anyone. They did not take a long time and the work was cleaned up well. The price was reasonable.

We have had a good referral to Duncan Gutters. However, when we called to make an appointment for an estimate, we were told that we would hear back from the company rep and could set a time to meet to discuss the work. Instead, a representative showed up without an appointment in the middle of a work day. When told an appointment was necessary and we don't meet with vendors without them, he left and said to call another company because I was "rude". We recommend working with vendors who respect scheduling needs of small business owners, especially those who work from home, OR expect to be at home and available for several days after you call Duncan. If you don't need to meet with them, they can give you an estimate without your being home but you may need to put a do not disturb out if you can't take the interruption of a drop-by. We had expected to have a great experience with the company and hope that you will.

They said it would all be done in one day and they started at 7:30 am and worked straight through until 4:00 pm when they were done. The new roof looked just great and this company really backed up what they said they would do for us. In our eyes we couldn't have beat this experience.
