Description of Work: Repaired broken main water line near the meter. It was deeply buried, so they had to rent a hackhoe. That is one of the reasons it was so expensive. They also removed an old water softener that we no longer used and replaced a pressure regulator. They had some kind of instrument that helped them locate the leak/break quickly, so that they didn't have to dig up the entire length of the line to locate the break. Very nice and professional. Responded very quickly to my call which was super important in this type situation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

+ -1 moreMike came out the minute that it was leaking and drained it. We had some carpenters that had to do work so that he could install the water heater and the minute they were finished he came back and installed it. He is so reasonable and always on time. He is neat and clean. If he makes a mess he cleans it up and leaves the area the way it was before the job. I trust him and would even leave him a key if he needed to get into my home to do the work when I am not there.
