Description of Work: The Builder of our home contracted with Bobo to provide Termite insurance. They come annually to check for termites. Do not always seem real proactive, more along the lines of they know they have the contract so they do not spend much effort with the customers

+ -1 moreI thought I had a termite contract where it was a replacement and I found out it was only for if they found termites, not for repair beyond. Their customer service was not the greatest, but it was okay.

+ -1 moreBobos does a great job of spraying around my house so we do not have to worry about any nasty bugs getting in the house. I like that it is always the same person that comes out and its someone I can trust will do a good job.
Description of Work: They spray around the house every three months for bugs like roaches and ants.
