Very professional. Made on-site review prior to detailed written estimate submission. Personnel friendly, capable and worked diligently. Upon completion, explained items addressed. While the "jury is still out" until the next monsoon, I trust that prior problems have been rectified. If not, I have no qualms about addressing the issue further with Gutters and Glass.

My experience with Guttersandglass.com could not have been any better. Andy, the owner, was as nice and personable as any home cleaning service provider I have worked with to date, and I have worked with several over the past six months since my wife and I moved into our new home. He called immediately after I put in my need for gutter cleaning on Service Magic. He promptly went by my home to write up an estimate, during which he also quoted, for future reference, what it would cost to have our windows cleaned. Lastly, he emailed me the quote. He was easy to communicate with both over the phone and via email. Great service provider!

Andy and his team were great. He was able to come and do a quote fast and did a price quote on the spot as well as emailed it to me that night. I was able to contact him quickly through email which was a nice option rather than leaving voice messages. His team was great, fast and very polite. They even changed an outside light bulb for me that I couldn't reach!

I can only say good things about this experience. I received the estimate quickly and it was better than those I received from other contractors for the same job. They came to do the job when it was convenient for us, which was soon after we accepted the estimate. The team was at our house in time and did a wonderful job. They were very flexible. Thus, while they were at our house, we decided that we would like not only our windows but also our gutters cleaned. A short conversation on the phone brought a decision about the price and the team already at our house did the second job as well. Highly recommend them.
