The activity went well. Mason arrived this morning knocking on door to introduce himself. Two story house has them on roof with their own ladders. Just really good people. I always feel good when they come by. I regularly have them clean gutters, clean windows (soon to make this happen) and what I find the best for the customer (just revitalizes the house appearance) is a driveway pressure wash. Wonderful!

Process was very smooth. It’s a rather large house with very high gutters. Price for cleaning was very reasonable and they recommended gutter guard installation as the previous ones were cheap and in disrepair. The quote was excellent, included the gutter cleaning, and work was done so quickly and efficiently. Did a decent job cleaning the site up from all the debris that was in gutters. Great responsiveness and the owner was beyond helpful, leaving samples and sending pictures as needed. Would definitely use again for other properties.

Sarah was a pleasure to work with and actually made progress payments throughout the extended project which was very helpful to us. Due to a spending ceiling on her janitorial budget our cleaning crew was limited to a maximum number of hours. Tenants had neglected cleaning for years and left her rental home in such a poor condition that it was difficult to get it into peak condition with the time allotted. Sarah was doing the best she could do with multiple projects that required investment to get the home into marketable condition.

The man that come out originally to look at my gutters was very professonial and very nice. However, the workers that came out to do the gutter cleaning showed up unannounced and didn't bag any of the debris they removed from the gutters, they just left it all around the house. I would not use them again.

The homeowner definitely has a right to be disappointed with the service given her description. We have a full time Logistics Coordinator who arranges and notifies clients of service dates so I'm not sure how the crew came unannounced. Also our service protocol instructs crewmen to clear the debris removed. We obviously fumbled but will offer a credit to the homeowner in hopes of recovery. Andy Robertson-Owner

These guys came and it took them two days to clean it up, but it looks great!!! Fantastic job, prompt, responsive (to both e-mail and phone) and I would definitely hire them again. What was really nice about it is that this is not something that they normally do. But I asked, and the boss-guy came out to give me an estimate. I think he underestimated how long it would take, so we renegotiated halfway through to what we both thought was a fair price, and I really could not have asked for a better experience. Then they did the gutters and the roof, which was the original reason I'd called, and of course, they did a great job at that, too.
Description of Work: My gutters and roof needed cleaning, and it's a little scary from one side of the house! Additionally, my driveway was horribly cracked and in terrible condition, and the bushes had overgrown the driveway to the point where it was almost impossible to get a car in there.

Timely service is a plus for homeowners and we try to arrive on schedule but gutter cleaning routes can be a wild card. Sometimes you show up and the job goes as expected and sometimes it takes twice as long because there are plants growing in the gutters...and there goes your time frame for the rest of the jobs. Two weeks after the purchase I hadn't heard from the company. I had used their services from before and thought it was unusual. We had had a ridiculous amount of rain in the area so I figured they were playing catch up. I sent a message through Angie's list and they responded within a day. Angie's list doesn't provide them with contact info and I failed to send it to them. However, the next day, their guys had my gutters cleaned out and none of the garbage was laying around. They cleaned up the mess!! Their reps are courteous and prompt and called to be sure I was satisfied. Will definitely use them again. Thanks

We have solo crews which carry 24' extension ladders and two man crews which carry 40' extension ladders for three story service. I usually review the jobs and determine which crew is needed, but perhaps I misjudged on this one. It appeared that the high gutters in the back could be accessed by walkover from the front on a walkable pitch roof. Occasionally I may misjudge. We'll know better next time! Andy Robertson-Owner

Previous contractors failed to adequately clean allowing the mildew to return quickly. They took their time and all bleach required to insure that mildew was removed, no return to date. Again, drives were washed adequately to remove staining mildew spores, all still looks great.
