I have reached out to this homeowner to get some feedback since the only comment posted was "Hasn't been done yet". The homeowner text us requesting service and we responded with a 2/6/20 service date. We actually improved that and cleaned on 2/3/20 but this review had already been posted? They have been a good repeat customer for us for gutter cleaning once a year for the past 7 years. We certainly are open to any suggestion they have for service improvement.

This homeowner has a beautiful home that is immaculately kept. His gutter price was higher than most clients we serve, but he has 455 linear feet and we only charged him for 330 feet, attempting to give him good pricing for the amount of work required. Our actual footage charges would have been $140 more which we did not feel comfortable charging.

Description of Work: Service hired to clean gutters at my house. I wasn't notified before they came, didn't know until later they had already done the work. I couldn't see the gutters, but a tree service was at my house not long afterwards and said they would clean out my gutters since they were already up on my roof.

We never like to receive payment until we have totally met our clients' needs. In the case of these roofers who saw debris in the gutters, we would have welcomed the homeowner's call and been glad to return. There is also the possibility that additional debris could have fallen between the gutter and her roofing service. Description of Work: After some weather delays, my appointment was to be first thing on Tuesday morning. Just after 8:00AM, I received a call from Andy (the owner) apologizing for not being there due to the fact that the worker that was to drive the truck did not show up for work. He told me not to worry and that they would be there shortly. Soon after the doorbell rang and there was Andy. He came and cleaned the gutters himself and with the help of an assistant they did a beautiful job. The downspouts and drainage system was also checked to be clear of debris and the property was left in better condition than when they arrived. I will be definitely be using Andan in the future. This is a man that takes pride in his work and goes to all means to complete a superior project. Hard to find this these days. Thank you Andy and crew.

Description of Work: The deal was for $99 for gutter cleaning up to a certain length of feet of gutter. I didn't measure my gutters because I don't live in a huge home. The deal only covered half the cost. I'll go back to my $99 guy. They did do a great job though.

Description of Work: I ordered a gutter cleaning, when discussed cleaning the outside of the gutters he wanted to charge an additional $99 to clean the outside, he was fine with cleaning the inside but wanted to charge extra to clean the outside. I thought that was very unreasonable given the ad did not specify that. I was taken aback.

[Member Name Removed], I remember speaking with you and you were very cordial. My apologies that there was confusion over your service. Gutter CLEANING involves cleaning the debris out of the gutters so that they will function properly. When doing this, we clean off the roof, clean out the gutters, check the downspouts to make sure that they are clear and functioning and then clean up the debris. We also offer Gutter SURFACE Cleaning, which is a process to remove staining from the surface of the gutters. To do this we must spray a degreaser chemical and hand clean every inch of the gutters. It is a very labor intensive process which does not impact the function of the gutters but makes them look much better. Since they were two different services we could not offer them both for one price. I hope this makes sense. Regards, Andy Robertson Owner
