We were happy with them. They have done it about three times and they've been very good. They showed up. They got in touch with us, they called and told us when they would come. Overall, they told us when they would be here and they came when they said they would.

Other than a missed appointment due to rain everything was good. They explained to me why the appointment was missed and came the next day. There were no problems. They cleaned all the gutters and all the mess created by cleaning in areas they could get to without us being home. Would definitely hire again.

The receptionist call me to confirm my appointment, because there was an overcast on the scheduled date, I called to confirm if they were going to be able to perform the services, in which she informed me that he was on the way. I had to leave home to run some errands, however after my observation, the work looked great, they were on time and very punctual. I would use this service again.

Installing the downspout went well, but the gutter repair pulled the gutter away from the wall and it was determined that I needed a downspout there as well, so they are coming back to install a downspout. Crew was very helpful for my needs and are very professional. 8/12/16 New downspout installed and was very pleased with the finished work. Very efficient and professional, would hire them again for future gutter cleaning and/or repairs. Thank you.

They did a great job with the gutters and roof, and importantly, did not drop any of the stuff into my azaleas. That's a big bonus, since I always do that myself when I try cleaning the gutters. The whole place looked trim and neat afterwards. I'm planning on hiring them again to help clean up the driveway area.

Andy provided fast responses to my questions. We have a 2 story house (3 stories in the back). I scheduled the gutter-cleaning service for a time when I would not be home, so I didn't interact with the crew. But they definitely left a clean work site. They cleaned off first story roof in the front as well. The estimate and final cost were the same. It was a pleasure to deal with Andy, and payment online is very easy and quick. They will be my first call the next time I need work done.

It's been 3 weeks since the service was purchased and the weather has not been a factor as of late. I would like a refund of my $125 purchase.

He cleaned the gutters and afterwards blew the leaves off the deck, the front porch and off the driveway that had come from the gutters. He also blew leaves that had fallen on the driveway from nearby trees. This, he didn't have to do, but he cheerfully volunteered to do it. He was very friendly and professional.

I found a coupon on Angie's list for $125.00 to have my gutters cleaned plus Andan had an excellent rating. My roof had several gables and my gutters were ridiculously neglected. The coupon terms were for cleaning 150 linear feet of gutters; extra linear footage would be cleaned for an additional $0.85 per linear foot. I expected to be told I'd have to pay more because of the gables, but the young men that did the job (Caesar and Alex) were courteous, worked quickly, and frankly comical with each other. The price? 125.00, and while they were on the ladders they swapped out my floodlights, no charge. I would certainly use Andan again, coupon or not. Caesar and Alex were excellent.

Andy coordinated 5 crews to complete all work, he was on site and on phone for follow-up every day. He made sure work was completed to my & his satisfaction. He bought & planted a shrub that he thought a ladder damaged. Andy is easily the very best contractor and coordinator of work I have had on property over 20 yrs. If anyone needs to do several jobs around the house, or prep house for sale - call Andy!!
