Jeff Parker is cut from a different cloth than most of your home improvement contractors. This is the second home that I have had him work. Jeff will give you a fair price, but he also is willing to go the extra mile to make things look great! Everyone who sees my houses tell me how good they look. There were many idiosyncrasies with the 100 year old house, but Jeff communicates very well with any issues that arise. He always listens to the customer and does a fantastic job executing what the customer wants. Parker Siding and Windows saved me time by doing things like removing and reinstalling the porch rails, removing and reinstalling flood lighting around the house, removing and putting up shutters and more. The job was done quickly and with excellent quality. Jeff came to me after the job was done and asked if I was satisfied with everything. He did not even blink an eye at any of the items that I wanted done in addition. If your windows and/or siding need some TLC, please do not hesitate to call him. Incorrect gutters installed and a critical downspout has came apart. Mr. Parker told me on 03/17/14 that he would have his gutter trailer back by the end of the week. As soon as it returned, he would come to our home and correct the issues. Mr. Parker has not performed the work, has not returned phone calls and has not responded to our letter sent on 04/05/14. We had a landscape contractor, a few months ago, correct the erosion problems that was created by these gutters and broken downspout, now that work has been undermined and will have to be corrected when Mr. Parker corrects the problem created by his company's work.
