GREAT! It had rained for forever, so we couldn't start building until it had dried up significantly which delayed our build by about 6 months. I was quite upset about it at the time, but I appreciate Rodney's professionalism and patience with me. He offered cost-saving options to us if we were interested, showed us how to get the most for our money with crown molding, and had a great crew working for him. The build took 5.5 months which I felt was very acceptable. As with all home builds, we had our differences of opinion, but he was very respectful and made sure that we got what we wanted. I would recommend Rodney to anyone looking for a great custom-built home with great craftsmanship.
