"Hired this company to do several things at a mobile home for my boys. It cost $2800. Way overpriced. They used used supplies, got paint all over the floor. I will be honest the quality and service I got done looked like a bunch of fifth graders came in and did the work. The existing trim that was on the doors they painted green the same color of the walls. You don?t paint trim when you?re not told to. The trim above the closet door was placed too high. Now there?s a gap in the wall that I paid to have covered up."

"I signed a contract with Steven McGennis on 11/13 to complete a composite deck by 12/4/24. His contract was on a 30/30/40 schedule. Meaning 30% to sign, 30% first day, and 40% at completion. I paid the first two payments, but it went downhill from there. 12/4 came and went. He would show once a week between other projects. He informed me he's out of money on 12/17 and needs to buy materials to finish. I was anxious, but I hesitantly paid him $4K. Afterwards, I confirmed with him he had the remaining materials (rails, deck skirt, etc.). Many excuses, texts, and phone calls later, Steven and his crew worked one more time on 1/9/25. I have not seen him since. He did not complete one item in his estimate, uphold the contract, and he left my yard trashed. He texted me that he would "finish soon" on 1/29. This was the last time I've heard from him. I've reach out to ask for the materials. He reads my texts, but continues his fraudulent behaviors by not responding. He left me high and dry."
