The plumber was very good at his job. He arrived a little early, which was great. He did a great job & cleaned up when he was done. I will use them again, if the need arises.

I had a slow leak somewhere under my house, so I called and he came out. Looked under and around the house and determined the main water line was leaking in front of the house, He wrote an estimate up. Service fee $39.00 Hand dig labor $219.00 Repair leak $169.00 Total $427.00 That was it until he fixed what he thought was the first leak and it was still leaking. He had to keep digging until he found the real leak, he fixed it. THEN he added $89.00 to the estimate stated main line had 2nd leak. What's the use of having an estimate if their just going to add on to it. What ever you do, don't use this company!

I looked on HomeAdvisor on Sunday evening and the owner, Keith, called me around 7:30 a.m. the next morning. He had someone at my home before noon. Great service. Will definitely use again.

I worked with Dennis Mitchell on the services at my house. I was so impressed with his customer service and willingness to explain to me what was going on, what needed to be done immediately, and what could wait that I ended up deciding to just do it all. GREAT value for the money and awesome service. I'm already planning to do some more work with them on other needs. !!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

Very quick to respond. Came out the same day and got my well up and running. The price was reasonable and service guys very friendly. Will use again if need arises. Great customer service!

It's difficult at times to find someone to work on well pumps.The guys from Keith The Plumber came out the afternoon we called even though it was well after lunch when I placed the call.They were very accommodating to my work time frame to do the requested repairs.They were courteous, well mannered, and made sure the work was to my satisfaction before leaving. They made a conscious effort to not track dirt/mud into house either.Professional but personal at same time.In addition to repairing our well problem, they corrected and issue we were having with hot water heater as well.Will use again.

The guys at Keith The Plumber are the best out there!! Keith and Roger have both been out to my home at different times to unstop toilets and Brent has been out to install a new toilet. Every time they were called to come out they have shown up the same day, sometimes only an hr or two after they were called. The guys at Keith The Plumber have always been honest about the problems I had going on and have NEVER tried to sell me anything that wasn't needed. They are always polite and never fail to clean up after themselves. I will definitely be using them for any plumbing work I have in the fut

Dennis, master plumber, arrived 2 hours after service request was placed. I had 6 plumbers, a sewer specialist and a pump specialist try and fix a toilet that kept stopping up. Nothing resolved the problem. Dennis questioned me at length about what I had been told. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a faulty toilet, cleaned up, problem solved! I only wish I had called Keith before spending almost $3000 on the others. I will never use another plumber and will strongly reccomend to others. They are smart, courteous, professional, and reasonable. These guys are the best!

I was contacted very quickly concerning my problem and was asked information.I decided to wait until a weekday as weekends cost extra for anyone to come out.The appointment was confirmed for Monday morning around 10:00 am. Before they arrived, I was given a phone call and they promptly arrived to tackle my problem. After looking things over, I was given an estimate on he cost of service which was important to me because I have very limited funds. They proceeded to clean out my drain which only took a few minutes with the snake. They cleaned up after themselves and were very nice.
