The problem: Water heater not making hot water. The plumber installed gas control valve, thermal expansion tank, and installed a new valve for a hose bib. $175 in parts, the rest of the $1,076.00 invoice was labor. The work was done well; the plumber was courteous and explained his work. The owner called after the work was completed. He cares about his reputation and about his customers being satisfied with their service.

This business is too expensive, they also want you to sign an agreement that you have to pay even if they are unable to complete the job. For this reason, I will not use anyone affiliated with HomeAdvisor.

I recently hired Keith The Plumber to do some repairs in my master bath. I have used them several times before and am very pleased with their professionalism and the work. I shop prices for any work that has to be done on my home. They are very fair. I will use them again.

I was hoping to use supplies we already had, but that did not work. The plumbers were very polite and efficient with the time it took to complete the job. I appreciate them putting the heavy things back in place for me!

Quality work. They snaked pipes and cleared clog. But receipt shows no warranty because pipe cam inspection was not performed. But it was not offered. Price seems pretty high though just to snake pipe. But overall satisfied with work performed.

I used Keith the Plumber for my water heater replacement project. I was contacted quickly and received a fair price. A team of two plumbers arrived and replaced my new water heater in a couple of hours. Excellent service!

They were prompt, professional, and timely but work no so good. Rental property. Tenant called indicating my 2 alarms (one float activated, one electronic/leak detector) were going off indicating basement was filling with water. I called this business and they had someone out within 4 hours. Worker indicated sump pump had debris in impeller, he cleaned it and it was pumping out water. The next day my Tenant recalled plumber (neither party informed me) because alarm was still sounding. They returned for a courtesy check and this is the point where there are differences in the storylines. According to the plumbers the electronic alarm was sounding to indicate the battery was dying. So they handed unit to tenant so she could replace battery and re-install. Tenant said they silenced alarm in basement and never gave her anything.. Fast forward one week. Tenant calls to indicate she has no heat or hot water. Furnace and water heater are located in basement so I asked about alarms which she said there are no alarms but I had her look down the stairs in basement anyway only to discover 2 feet of water. Plumbers returned. I called plumbers to check. They arrived around 5 pm and sent me a picture of basement. From the picture I could see the skimmer frame I installed to prevent plastic bags and large debris from being washed into sump was sitting against pump piping. It had previously been held in position by 2 bricks in each corner. I pointed this out and plumbers said they hadn't touched the frame or anything other than sump pump. They would not know what was wrong until they pumped it out. I could pay after hours rate or they could return at 8 the following morning and pump out basement. I declined and pumped out the basement myself the next morning. When the water got low enough to wade through in rubber boots, I waded over and moved the skimmer frame. Instantly my sump pump kicked on. Its float was tangled in the frame. I installed a heavier duty pump anyway since I had already purchased it. I find it interesting that they could "remove my sump pump and clean the impeller without touching anything outer than the pump" when I had to push the frame to one side to gain access to the pump. I also found the electronic water leak detector in the basement with a dead battery. My alarm bell (float actuated) had burned out. It wasn't rated to run for several hours continously.

We had a 13 yr old gas hot water heater that was leaking from the bottom. Wes was extremely helpful in working w/us. We had just had another bad experience w/American Homeshield & really needed help. The installers, Tony & Terry, were extremely nice & able to answer the questions we ask. They did not leave any kind of mess in our laundry room which is a big plus! We highly recommend this company & will use them again.

The plumber was professional & tried hard to resolve my problem but was unable to complete the job for me. However, he was able to resolve my mom's clogged drain. It was a bit expensive for no resolution for me because I still have to pay someone else to fix my problem. I appreciated that the company did give me a discount for the referral to my mom. I would recommend them.

Donnie and his co-worker were excellent! They showed up and assessed the situation, and had not one, but 3 quotes for me. ItÂ’s nice to have options when dealing with plumbing issues. Him and I discussed the options and agreed on one. He had the work done in no time! The before and after was like night and day. I wish I could have afforded to have him just replumb the entire drain system. The prices were VERY reasonable, Donnie and his associate were very professional and knowledgeable! I will definitely keep Keith The Plumber in my contact list!
